主持一项国家自然科学基金项目“采用场发射阴极提高TOLED器件发光亮度和效率的研究”(61076041)、两项河南省重点科技攻关项目,参加一项国家863计划项目“平板显示用金刚石薄膜场发射冷阴极的制备及特性研究”(No.715-002-0042)和一项教育部重点项目“金刚石等碳基薄膜冷阴极场发射平板显示研究”(No.205091)研究工作。研发了能量过滤磁控溅射 ( Energy filtrering magnetron sputtering, EFMS ) 薄膜制备技术。发表论文40余篇。
