研究方向:金属有机化学。过渡金属催化的反应在现代有机合成中有着举足轻重的地位,所得到的产物是合成许多药物、天然产物及功能性材料等的关键中间体,具有重要的应用价值。作为一类独特的金属有机化合物,钳形金属化合物(pincer metal complexes)已被用于化学键的活化、发光材料、超分子化学、分子识别等领域,特别是研究发现,该类化合物也是多种催化反应的有效催化剂、在反应中表现出高的催化活性或立体选择性。近年来,我们对钳形金属化合物的合成及其在催化反应中的应用进行了研究,包括:利用廉价易得的原料、通过芳环的C-H键活化方法,合成得到了多种类型的非手性和手性钳形金属化合物,例如:PCP钳形钯化合物、PCN钳形钯和镍化合物、双(咪唑啉)NCN钳形钯、铂、镍、铑和铱化合物、NCN'钳形钯化合物、CNN'钳形钯和钌化合物等。非手性的钳形钯化合物被用于催化Suzuki、Sonogashira、醛的烯丙基化以及醛、胺和烯丙基锡的三组分反应等;钌化合物被用于酮的氢转移反应;手性的钳形钯化合物被用于催化不对称Suzuki反应、醛、N-磺酰亚胺或靛红与烯丙基锡的不对称加成反应、二芳基膦烷与a,β-不饱和酮的不对称加成反应等;铂化合物被用于吲哚与硝基烯烃的不对称傅-克烷基化反应;镍化合物被用于Suzuki和Michael加成等反应;铑化合物被用于三氟丙酮酸酯与端基炔的不对称炔基化反应、醛的烯丙基化以及三氟丙酮酸酯的羰基-烯反应等,均取得了良好的催化效果。
