  研究方向:

  核苷类抗病毒新药的研发

  病毒感染引起的疾病(如:乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎、艾滋病等)是全球性的健康问题,在全世界范围内有:3.5–4亿的慢性乙型肝炎患者、1.8亿的丙型肝炎患者、3530万例艾滋病病毒(HIV)携带者和艾滋病患者。目前,临床上已有的药物仅能够抑制患者体内病毒的复制,但是并不能够治愈相应的疾病;与此同时,长期用药物后,病毒会产生一定的抗药性,从而降低药物的药效。因此,亟需开发新型的抗病毒药物来满足临床治疗的需求。核苷(酸)类药物作为中坚力量,在病毒感染的治疗中起到了重要的作用,它具有可以口服、对大多数病人有效、且副作用低等优点。因此设计、合成和开发新型的核苷类抗病毒药物,对于抗病毒感染的治疗意义重大。

  分子内C?X(X = C, N, O, S等)键的构建及其在有机、药物合成中的应用

  噁唑、吡唑、噁二唑、噻二唑等杂环化合物的结构广泛存在于具有生物活性的天然产物和合成的药物分子当中,因此,对于这些化合物的合成一直是有机化学家研究的热点。本课题组的另一个研究方向致力于使用低毒的氧化剂、催化剂,开发绿色、高效的分子内C?X(X = C, N, O, S等)化学键的构建新方法,用于上述含氧、氮、硫等杂环化合物的合成,并建立化合物库用于生物活性(如,与蛋白相互作用、抗肿瘤、抗病毒等)筛选。
