  1.个人经历:

  2000.9-2005.6浙江大学硅材料国家重点实验室  博士(硕博连读)

  工作经历:

  2005.7-至今郑州大学物理工程学院材料物理教育部重点实验室

  2.研究方向:

  先后从事硅基压电薄膜材料的制备、金刚石基铌酸锂薄膜的制备与性能的研究,一维半导体纳米结构的制备与场发射性能的研究,紫外光原位辅助溅射AZO透明导电薄膜及光电性能研究,以及半导体纳米材料与气体传感器的研究等。目前主要研究兴趣为:锂离子电池正、负极材料的研究,以及半导体纳米材料与气体传感器研究等。

  3.代表性成果:

  主持了国家自然科学基金项目(50702051)一项、国家教育部科学技术研究重点项目(208084,)一项,同时还参与了河南省重大攻关计划、省教育厅自然科学基金项目等科研项目。迄今已在《Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical 》、《Chemical Physics Letters》等国内外学术期刊上发表学术论文40余篇,其中SCI收录论文20余篇。授权国家发明专利1项,获得河南省自然科学优秀论文一等奖2项、二等奖3项,并先后荣获“郑州大学青年骨干教师”、“河南省高校青年骨干教师”等称号。
