尚卫苹，1980出年．2008年于中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院应用数学所博士毕业，主要从事图论与组合优化，无线网络的算法设计等方面的研究。获奖情况2007年9 月荣获中科院数学与系统科学研究院院长奖学金
