　　个人简历：

　　1994年本科毕业于湖南大学化学化工系无机非金属材料专业；

　　2004年硕士毕业于郑州大学材料科学与工程学院材料学专业；

　　2010年博士毕业于郑州大学材料科学与工程学院材料学专业。

　　2007年晋升副教授，2011年被评为硕士生指导教师。

　　教学情况：

　　先后承担讲授了耐火材料应用、材料近代研究方法等本科生、研究生课程的讲授。

　　郑州大学青年骨干教师；河南省高等学校青年骨干教师。

　　研究领域：

　　熟悉无机非金属材料的研究与开发，主要研究方向为耐火浇注料、氧化物-非氧化物复合材料、低温绿色制备陶瓷粉体、纳米纤维等。主持和参与国家自然科学基金、河南省基础与前沿技术、国家自然科学基金重点项目、省基础青年基金、省市重大、重点科技攻关项目及企业委托项目等10余项，通过省部级以上鉴定5项；获中国建材联合会技术革新奖二等奖1项。授权国家发明专利8项；在国内外著名期刊上发表学术论文60余篇，撰写学术专著1部。指导硕士研究生8名。

　　研究梯队：

　　叶方保教授、徐恩霞教授级高工、马成良教授、李素平副教授、刘新红副教授、葛铁柱高工、任桢讲师等，每年招收博士研究生1~3人，硕士研究生6-10人，专业学位研究生3~5人.
