张淑媛



张淑媛，女，1940年1月出生，安徽省太和县人，1960年郑州大学化学系毕业后，任教至今，现任郑州大学化学系教授。

该同志一直坚持在教学和科研第一线，从事配位化学和液晶配合物化学及相关学科的教学和科研工作。进行基础和应用基础研究。成绩显著，有发明创造。经济和社会效益显著。共承担或参加了19项国家和河南省自然科学基金课题及省科委、省教委的攻关项目。获奖9项，其中一项获国家发明四等奖，为第一发明人。其它分别获河南省科技成果二等奖、三等奖，省教委二等奖、三等奖及自然科学论文二等奖、三等奖等。自1990年以来，在国内外学术刊物上发表约50篇论文。她主持完成的“回收银镀层溶解液”1987年获国家发明四等奖，第一发明人。该法生产一吨银净利200万元，为传统方法的六倍，基材可返镀再利用。在河南、上海、北京、武汉等地厂家应用，深受欢迎。推动了该生产领域的技术进步。

基础理论研究：参加3项国家自然科学基金资助课题。主持及参加7项省自然科学基金资助课题，从事液晶配合物化学的研究工作，为液晶化学领域中一个新分支，是近20年新发展起来的一门边缘科学。她设计并合成了多种类型的高分子液晶及小分子液晶配合物。系统地研究了结构与性能的关系、金属种类、含量等对液晶性能的影响。首次报导了在液晶分子中引入金属钯，对配体的液晶性起正效应。此外，还在国内外首先系统合成并研究了含二维液晶基元的液晶配体及其配合物。获得了具有创新性的研究成果，有较高的学术价值。该研究开拓了配位化学、高分子化学、金属有机化学及液晶化学研究的新领域，她是我国最早从事液晶配合物研究工作者之一，是第一个在全国液晶学术会议上宣读液晶配合物研究论文的人，研究论文发表在国内外重要学术刊物上，受到同行专家的好评。

获得荣誉称号：

1989年被授予河南省劳动模范称号；

1992年被批准为国家有突出贡献的专家，并经国务院批准享受政府特殊津贴；

1994年被评为河南省教育系统巾帼建功标兵；

1999年被评为河南省首届十大科技女杰；

1999年被授予河南省三八红旗手。

李铁生

李铁生，男，1963年9月生，郑州大学化学系教授、硕士生导师，博士学位。

学历和工作简历：
1983年9月至1987年6月在郑州大学化学系学习，并获得理学学士学位。
1990年9月至1993年6月在郑州大学化学系学习,在吴养洁院士的指导下从事大环化合物的合成与性质的研究,硕士论文题目是"卟啉衍生物及其金属配合物、冠醚配合物的合成与性质研究"并获得理学硕士学位。
1993年7月至1997年9月在郑州大学院化学工程系有机化学教研室从事教学和科研工作。主编《有机化学》一部。
1997年10月至1998年3月作为研究生在日本东北大学多元物质科学研究所学习。
1998年4月1日至2001年3月在日本东北大学多元物质科学研究所学习，在Miyashita教授的指导下从事光刻技术的研究,博士论文题目是"Studies on Polymer Langmuir-Blodgett Films for Chemically Amplified Photoresists"并于2001年3月26日获得博士学位。
2001年5月至2003年3月在日本东北大学多元物质科学研究所中西研究室作为博士后研究员从事非线性光学材料的合成与性质研究。

主要研究内容：
1）有机高分子纳米薄膜材料的制备及应用研究
光刻胶技术是光刻技术中重要的组成部分,高性能的曝光工具需要高性能的光刻胶相匹配才能真正获得高分辨率的加工能力。因此,光刻胶的选择和使用直接影响到光刻技术的应用。制作光刻胶膜的方法多为甩胶方法，此法的特点是简单、易操作,但甩胶在制作过程中易产生干裂、颗粒、条文、边缘效应、微孔和膜的厚不易控制等缺点而引起分辨率等不能达到所需标准，使之应用受到一定的限制，因此开发新的抵抗膜制作方法越显其重要性。Langmuir-Blodgett (LB)膜是分子排列高度有序且各项异性,是指可根据需要设计、实现分子水平上组装；超薄且膜厚度易控制，这种纳米薄膜均匀性好；缺陷少的单分子层薄膜等特点，使其在光刻技术中作为抵抗膜成为可能。为了提高光刻胶的分辨率，采用了多层光刻胶技术,但由于甩胶薄膜本身的缺陷和膜与膜之间的缺陷造成虽然灵敏度增加但抗蚀能力较差或分辨率降低而在实际应用的受到一定的限制。因此设计、制备更稳定、性能更佳的LB膜作为抵抗膜,把LB膜技术应用到光刻胶技术中，以期能够提高分辨率。

李建军副教授

李建军副教授 硕士生导师,1983年毕业于郑州大学化学系，1992年郑州大学化学系硕士毕业。长期从事分析化学的教学和科研工作，出版《分析化学》、《环境化学导论》，已先后在学术期刊上发表学术论文20余篇，先后主持和参加省自然科学基金攻关项目4项。1997年获省教学成果奖二等奖。

邹大鹏

邹大鹏，女，1965年生,博士，副教授，硕士生导师。
1984年至1988年在郑州大学化学系学习，本科

2004年获郑州大学化学系有机化学专业博士学位。
主管 色谱—质谱联用仪及400兆超导核磁共振仪，共发表论文20多篇，主持和参与的项目有6个通过了国家和省部级鉴定，1个项目获河南省科技进步二等奖，多篇论文获河南省优秀论文奖，并申报了一项国家发明专利。

林琳副教授

林琳，女，生于1956年12月，中共党员。1978年10月—1985年9月就读于郑州大学化学系，获学士学位及硕士学位。毕业后留校在化学系任教至今，现任职称副教授。

从留校至今，先后讲授过“分析化学”，“光学分析法”，“环境保护概论”，“工业分析”等课程，并为分析化学专业研究生讲授“现代光学分析法”。主要从事紫外、可见分光光度法、分子荧光光谱法及原子吸收光谱在工业、环境、食品、药品等领域中的分析应用研究。

徐顺副教授

徐顺,男,1962年10月出生,1984年毕业于武汉大学化学系。副教授,硕士生导师。

　　主讲结构化学、高等数学两门本科生基础课程和化学多媒体软件开发技术一门研究生课程。

　　主要研究方向计算机化学、药用植物结构化学。主持省科技攻关项目5项，省教育厅科技攻关项目１项、自然科学基金项目２项, 郑州市科委科技攻关项目１项。获省优秀教学成果一、二等奖各１项，厅局级一、二等奖５项。通过省科委鉴定成果１项，教育厅鉴定成果４项。发表论文二十余篇,参加出版教材两部。

徐琰

女，1963年7月生，郑州大学化学副教授，有机化学博士学位。

1985年7月-1992年1月在郑州大学化学系担任助教，从事无机化学基础课程教学。1992年2月-1998年1月，担任讲师。1998年2月至今担任副教授。

男，1950年6月生，郑州大学化学系教授，硕士学位，郑州大学化学系副主任兼基础化学实验中心主任。

1977年任教以来，一直从事化学基础理论课程和实验课程的教学工作，先后担任过有机化学实验教学组长、有机化学课程负责人、国家理科化学基地负责人、化学系分管教学工作的副主任。现主要从事有机磷化学、药物及药物中间体的研究。现任河南省化学生物学及有机化学重点实验室副主任。

2001年获河南省教学成果特等奖：《面向21世纪地方院校化学类专业培养目标、规格和课程方案的研究与实践》，证书编号：豫教[2001] 00519 号
2001年，获河南省教育系统科技成果二等奖，豫教[2001] 02975 号
2001年获郑州大学教学成果二等奖：《面向21世纪化学类专业各门主干课程教学内容和体系的改革与实践》
五年来，承担科研项目4项，其中国家级项目2项，省级项目2项。通过省级鉴定5项，获省教学成果特等奖1项，省教育系统科技成果二等奖1项，其它奖励5项。发表学术论文30余篇，其中SCI收录13篇，合作出版专著1部，译著1部。

郭益群

男，1948年10月生，汉族。1981年郑州大学化学系物理化学专业硕士研究生毕业，1997年被评为教授，硕士生导师，河南省专利仲裁委员会委员，郑州大学工业催化所副所长。主要从事催化化学和气体分离方面的教学和科研工作。曾获河南省科技进步二等奖两项，三等奖一项，获中国发明专利三项，发表论文50多篇。
