牛云垠, 男，42岁，理学博士，教授，河南省高等学校骨干教师，郑州大学骨干教师，硕士研究生导师，河南省学术技术带头人, 郑州大学引进人才优秀个人。

1992-1995年在郑州大学化学系攻读硕士学位,从事二茂铁酰腙类配合物的合成；1999-2002在南京大学化学系攻读博士学位。主要从事原子簇类化合物的合成与三阶非线性光学性能研究；2002-至今在郑州大学化学系工作，主要研究工作为超分子，无机金属聚合物，原子簇聚合物结构与性能的关系。

九年来共主持2项国家自然科学基金，主持1项河南省杰出青年基金，主持1项中国博士后科学基金；并获1项河南省科技进步二等奖，1项河南省自然科学优秀论文一等奖，2项二等奖。 1997年至今，先后在国内外知名刊物发表学术论文58篇，其中SCI论文51篇，核心期刊6篇，截止到2010年底，总的被引用次数超过165次。并为国际期刊Dalton Trans, Cryst. Growth Des., CrystEngComm, New J. Chem., J. Solid State Chem.等的审稿人。Global J. Inorg. Chem.编委，University of Malaya博士论文External Examiner, 申请和参与发明专利各一项。合作出版专著2部。

(i) 国家自然科学基金，以多氮杂环阳离子为模板的过渡金属簇合物互穿体系的定向构筑及性能研究（21171148），2012.1.-2015.12。

(ii) 国家自然科学基金，新型原子簇及其配位聚合物与凝胶玻璃复合的光学功能型材料的设计、合成（20671083），2007.1.-2009.12。

(iii) 河南省杰出青年基金，利用有机多吡啶配体构筑原子簇聚合物的精细因素研究(0612002800），2006-2008。
